HUBU Satisfied the Accreditation Criteria of Joint Institutions Programs

Recently, the China Education Association for International Exchange issued a certification (Certificate Number: CEAIEQA-EIS-C-2019024), which qualifies Hubei University to meet the accreditation criteria of joint institutions programs. The certification is valid for four years. This certification will help attract more international students and provide strong support for HUBU’s internationalization of education.

Hubei University submitted an application for the accreditation criteria of joint institutions programs at the end of 2018. The comprehensive report by the expert team said that Hubei University attaches great importance to international education, and HUBU’s international education faculty and staff team, as well as the international student resources, are of high standard. In the meantime, advices on improving the working mechanism and strengthening English taught courses system are given by the experts.


The accreditation criteria of joint institutions programs education in China is entrusted to China Education Association for International Exchange by the Ministry of Education of China. The certification has been officially implemented in 2019 after three years of trial operation in 2016. This time, 26 universities across the country have satisfied the criteria.
