湖北大学国际中文教师奖学金申请办法（2022年）

• 资助对象

  1.非中国籍人士

  2.身心健康，品学兼优

  3.有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作

  4.年龄为18-35周岁（统一以2022年9月1日计）

  5.在职中文教师放宽至45周岁

• ELIGIBILITY

  a) Non-Chinese citizens

  b) In good physical and mental conditions, and with good academic

  performance and conduct

  c) Committed to the Chinese language education and related fields

  d) Between the ages from 18 to 35 (as of September 1, 2022)

  e) Under the age of 45 for applicants currently working as Chinese language teachers

• 申请截止时间

  1．7月入学：截止日期为4月15日

  2．9月入学：截止日期为5月15日

  3．12月入学：截止日期为9月15日

  4．2023年3月入学：截止日期为11月15日

• APPLICATION DEADLINE (Beijing Time)

  a) For the programs commencing in July: April 15

  b) For the programs commencing in September: May 15

  c) For the programs commencing in December: September 15

  d) For the programs commencing in March 2023: November 15

• 资助内容

1. 全额奖学金，包括学费、生活费（四周研究生除外）、住宿费和综合医疗保险费

2. 生活费由学校按月发放标准：

   硕士生为3000元人民币/月/人

   一学年和一学期研修生为2500元人民币/月/人

• COVERAGE AND CRITERIA

  a) Full scholarship covering tuition fees, living allowances (not for Four-Week Study)，accommodation fees, comprehensive medical insurance expenses

  b) Monthly living allowances

  For MTCSOL: 3,000CNY per person

  For One-Academic-Year and One-Semester Study: 2,500CNY per person

• 申请材料

   1.护照照片页扫描件

   2.HSK、HSKK成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件

   3.推荐机构负责人的推荐信

   4.健康证明

   5.无犯罪记录证明

   6.最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单

   （仅汉语国际教育专业硕士须提供）

   7.提供2名副教授以上导师推荐信

   （仅汉语国际教育专业硕士须提供）

   8.毕业后拟任教机构工作协议（仅持有协议者提供）

   9.就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信（仅在职中文教师须提供）

   10. 2022年度“国际中文教师奖学金证书”（仅获奖者提供）

• APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

  ✮A scanned copy of passport photo page

  ✮A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests

  (within two-year validity)

  ✮A reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions

  ✮The heath report

  ✮The non-criminal certificate

  ✮A certification of the highest education diploma (or proof of expected graduation) and an official academic transcript in English or Chinese (only for MTCSOL applicants)

  ✮Two reference letters from professors or associate professors

  (only for MTCSOL applicants)

  ✮The contract with the teaching institution to be appointed after graduation (only for contract holders)

  ✮The proof of employment and a reference letter by the employer

  (only for in-service Chinese language teachers)

  ✮The 2022 International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship

  Certificate (only for Chinese Bridge winners)

1. 登录奖学金网站并完成申请

   登录国际中文教师奖学金报名网站(cis.chinese.cn)并查询推荐机构与湖北大学，按要求提交相关材料。

2. 登录湖北大学国际学生服务平台并完成申请

   登录湖北大学国际学生服务平台（hubu.at0086.cn/student）,查询国际中文教师奖学金并按要求提交相关材料。

3. 关注奖学金评审结果

   在国际中文教师奖学金网站及湖北大学国际学生服务平台上关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果。

   Please log on, search for the recommending institution and Hubei University and submit the documents as required.

2. Complete Online Application athttp://hubu.at0086.cn/student

   Please log on, search for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship and submit the documents as required.

   3. Track the Progress Online

   Please track the application progress, comments and results online.
