On October 14, Report on the Anti-epidemic War was held in HUBU. Themed by "Heroic City, Heroic People", the report was sponsored by the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee. Present were leaders Liu Jianping, Tan Kunhua, Hou Yong, Xiao De and more than 600 teachers and students representatives.
During the report, the doctors told stories of struggles and unforgettable experiences of the fight against the epidemic.
Community volunteers and builders of Leishenshan Hospital had also shared their experiences.
During the the report, applause was heard from time to time. Teachers and students were deeply moved. "We were born in the 1990s, and now it’s time for us to protect our country. " Said Yan Chao, teacher from the International Office of Hubei University.
Wang Yong, a doctoral student from the School of Life Sciences, paid tribute to the doctors. He was once infected. After recovering from the disease, he decided to donate his plasma.
Before the report, President Liu Jianping and Hou Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of HUBU, expressed warm welcome to the reporting group, and briefly introduced the school epidemic prevention measures.
