The "Tax Law Intelligent Dataset” of Hubei University was granted the data intellectual property registration certificate on January 10. It is the first registration by a Hubei provincial university on the Hubei Data Intellectual Property Registration Platform, marking initial achievements in the exploration of intellectual property protection for data assets in higher education institutions.
As one of the datasets for constructing large-scale models in the fiscal and taxation sector, the "Tax Law Intelligent Dataset" was extracted from public databases under the team led by Professor Cheng Li, with precise screening and rigorous cleansing processes to achieve high-quality data integration, thereby providing supporting basis for governance in Hubei's taxation affairs.
Hubei University has long prioritized technical development and scenario applications in the data field. Leveraging computer science and other related disciplines, it has established an interdisciplinary converged R&D team that effectively serves innovation centers have been established in Wuhan Airport Development Zone and other areas to meet technological demands such as information security and big data applications, and to promote technology-driven trusted certification of data integration and efficient circulation and utilization of data elements. This data intellectual property registration was jointly completed by Hubei University's School of Computer Science and Information Engineering and Wuhan Airport Development Zone Industry-Academia-Research Collaborative Innovation Center.
