All applicants should apply on the application website of Hubei University (https://hubu.17gz.org/)

 

Application Documents:

The following are the basic documents for application. Specific documents for applying for scholarship would be according to the specific outline.

l Scanned copy of passport, which is valid for over 12 months

l Photo

l Highest Diploma (original copy and notarized one); Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations

l Official Transcripts

l Recommendation Letter

l A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English, with signature)

l Certificate of Language Proficiency (ex. HSK, IELTS, TOEFL)

l Health Report for Foreigners

l Financial Certificate

l Noncriminal Record Certificate
