December 25 witnessed the final of China University Futsal Football League 2024 in Yibin, Sichuan Province. In the event, the Five-A-Side football team of Hubei University secured the championship, lifting the league championship trophy for the 11th times. Hou Yong, Deputy Party Secretary of Hubei University, and heads of its school of Physical Education, offered congratulations to the team from Hubei University.

China University Futsal Football League 2024 included Southern and Northern Regional Tournaments, and the National Finals. After rounds of intense matches, the Five-A-Side football team of Hubei University defeated Xinjiang Normal University with a score of 3:1, obtaining the championship trophy. The team achieved a remarkable record of 6 consecutive victories in the final stage. Li Xin and Tian Jian were awarded the titles of “Best Coach” and “Best Player” respectively.
