On March 29, Qian Jianguo, vice president of Hubei University, and director of the planning and construction project of Yangluo campus of Hubei University, as well as team members of the project engaged in the discussion with the heads of the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and the Development and Reform Bureau in Xinzhou District. The common aspiration for us was to jointly promote the planning and construction of Yangluo campus.
Liu Jing, chief engineer of Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Xinzhou District, introduced the work of land acquisition and payment, demolition, land red-line and certificate application of Yangluo campus. Then, the director of school of general education reported the work of land acquisition, planning and construction of Yangluo campus. Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on the planning and construction of Yangluo campus, and exchanged opinions and suggestions on key issues such as land acquisition and subsequent planning and construction of the campus.
Sun Ning, deputy director of the Development and Reform Bureau of Xinzhou District, said that they attached great importance to the construction and development of Yangluo campus of Hubei University, and would formulate supporting measures for its construction such as the land supplement acceleration, red-line adjustment, and land ownership certificate processing of Yangluo campus.
Li Hao, director of Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Xinzhou District, said that 2021 is the first year of the 14th five year plan. The Bureau will continue to support the construction of Yangluo campus of Hubei University, so as to strength cooperation between the University and the local government.
Qian Jianguo expressed gratitude to the relevant departments of Xinzhou District for their support. He hoped that Xinzhou District would further enhance its support for the construction and development of Yangluo campus, strengthen the cooperation between the school and the local government, ensure the completion of the construction of the campus, and promote the local economic and social development.
