On November 21, the China Think Tank Research and Evaluation Center of Nanjing University and the Think Tank Research and Release Center of Guangming Daily jointly hosted the 2025 New Think Tank Governance Forum, at which the 2025 CTTI Index Rankings was released, including the Top 100 Think Tanks, Best Cases in Think Tank Development, and Outstanding Think Tank Research Achievements. Six projects from Hubu were selected for the Best Case and Outstanding Achievement lists.

Among them, two projects were recognized as Best Think Tank Development Cases： World Cultural Development Forum by the Hubei Collaborative Innovation Center for Chinese Culture Development and Building a Integrated Think Tank System to Serve Hubei's Strategy of Becoming a Culturally Strong Province by the Hubei Institute of Cultural Development.In the category of Outstanding Think Tank Research Achievements, the work Political Philosophy: Theory and History also by Hubei Collaborative Innovation Center for Chinese Culture Development won the First Prize.Meanwhile, tthe Second Prize was awareded to Rethinking Value and The Truth and Historical Significance of the Chinese Conceptualization of Modernity by the Hubei Institute of Cultural Development, as well as the Survey Report on Social Ethical Identification of Socialist Core Values bythe Hubei Collaborative Innovation Center for Chinese Culture Development.

The Hubei Collaborative Innovation Center for Chinese Culture Development is a provincial-level center in the field of cultural heritage, while the Hubei Institute of Cultural Development is one of the ten key new-type think tanks prioritized by the Hubei Provincial Party Committee. In recent years, drawing support from the Institute for Advanced Humanistic Studies at Hubei University, the two platforms have fully leveraged their think tank strengths to conduct systematic research and theoretical interpretation on significant subjects such as Chu culture, political philosophy, and socialist core values. Their work has provided intellectual support and policy advice  for decision-making by Party and government authorities, yielding a range of important achievements.
